电流谐波对永磁同步电机转矩谐波的影响研究

摘要: 变频器供电下集中绕组内置式永磁同步电机的电流中含有低次和高次电流谐波,相应的电机转矩中也存在低次和高次转矩谐波,影响电机的控制和输出稳定性。为了分析电流谐波和转矩谐波之间次数的关系,通过有限元方法仿真得到了各次电流谐波单独产生的主要转矩谐波,结果表明:转矩谐波次数与电流谐波的次数和相序相关,k次电流谐波产生1-λk、6i+1-λk和6i-1+λk次转矩谐波,且对于低次和高次电流谐波均适用。

Abstract: Since the current of the concentrated winding interior permanent magnet synchronous motor under the power supply of the inverter contains low-order and high-order current harmonics, the corresponding motor torque also has low-order and high-order torque harmonics, which in turn affects the control and output stability of the motor. In order to analyze the relationship between the order of the current harmonics and the torque harmonics, the main torque harmonics independently generated by each current harmonics were obtained through the finite element method simulation. The results showed that the order of torque harmonics were related to the order of current harmonics and its phase sequence,and k-order current harmonics produced1 - λk, 6i+ 1 -λk and 6i-1 +λk order torque harmonics, which were suitable for low order and high order current harmonics.
