动态冻结磁导率法用于波动负载电机磁场分析

Dynamic Frozen Permeability Method for Magnetic Field Calculation for Machine with Fluctuated Load

摘要: 针对ANSYS EM仅能进行静磁场冻结磁导率仿真的问题,设计了实现动态冻结磁导率仿真的方法和步骤—以定、转子相对转角为扫描参数,在每个扫描步中进行静态冻结磁导率仿真,以取得动态冻结磁导率的效果,并针对转速波动的情况。将该方法用于一台带压缩机负载的永磁同步电机的磁场计算及电磁力分析,发现负载波动在原有磁密谐波频率的周围调制出了频率加/减1倍甚至2倍机械频率的调制谐波,径向力波中也出现了调制波。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that ANSYS EM could only freeze permeability in static magnetic field simulation, the method and steps to realize dynamic frozen permeability simulation were designed. By setting the relative angle of stator and rotor as scanning variable and running a static frozen permeability magnetic field simulation in each scanning step, the effect of dynamic frozen permeability was obtained. The method was successfully applied to analyze the magnetic field and electromagnetic force of a permanent magnet synchronous motorwith compressor type of fluctuated load, modulated magnetic density harmonics with frequency changing of +/- 1 time (and even 2 times) of the mechanic frequency were found around the usual harmonic positions, and modulated harmonics also appeared in the radialelectromagnetic force waves.
