Analysis and Suppression of Electromagnetic Vibration in Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor

摘要: 简要总结了永磁同步电机电磁力产生的机理及特性,对一台振动噪声较大的铁氧体永磁辅助同步磁阻电机(PMSynRM)进行振动测试分析,并采用二维有限元仿真,分析了该电机气隙电磁力的阶次和频率特性,得出齿槽效应产生的电磁力(转矩脉动)是导致其振动大的原因,从而提出了基于不同永磁体层极弧组合的优化方法,得出较优的两组极弧组合方案,有效降低了PMSynRM的电磁力及转矩脉动,实现电机电磁振动噪声的优化。通过样机振动测试,进一步验证了该改进方案的减振效果,并确定最终方案。

Abstract: The principium and characteristics of the electromagnetic force generated by the permanent magnet synchronous motor were summarized.A vibration test and analysis of a ferrite permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor (PMSynRM) with high vibration and noise was carried out, and through 2D finite element simulation, the order and frequency characteristics of the electromagnetic force of the PMSynRM were analyzed, and it was concluded that the electromagnetic force (torque ripple) generated by the cogging effect was the cause of the large vibration. An optimization method based on the pole arc combination of different permanent magnet layers was proposed, and two sets of better pole arc combination schemes were obtained, which effectively reduced the electromagnetic force and torque ripple of PMSynRM, and realized the optimization of the electromagnetic vibration and noise. Through the vibration test of the prototypes, the vibration reduction effect of the improved scheme was further verified, and the final improved scheme was determined.
