水冷BSG电机控制系统设计与验证

Design and Verification of Water-Cooled BSG Control System

摘要: 针对传统汽车燃油经济性的要求,开发了一款水冷BSG电机控制系统,介绍了该控制系统的结构设计方案和电气原理,并对硬件的设计方案进行了详细阐述。为了满足BSG电机控制系统的散热要求,提出了串联式冷却系统设计方案,并针对该冷却系统的散热效果进行了热仿真研究。对BSG电机控制系统进行了测试,从结果分析得出,该水冷BSG系统具有出色的性能,满足整车设计指标要求。

Abstract: A water-cooled BSG motor control system for the fuel economy requirement of traditional automobile was developed. The structural design and the principle diagram of electrical design scheme was described. The hardware design scheme were analyzed in detail. In order to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the BSG motor control system, a series cooling system design scheme was proposed. The thermal simulation of the cooling system was carried out to study its heat dissipation effect. The test of the BSG motor control system prototype was carried out. According to the analysis of the results showed that the water-cooled BSG system has an excellent performance and meet the design requirements of the vehicle.
