Design and Optimization of Anti-demagnetization of Ferrite Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor

摘要: 简要介绍了铁氧体永磁体退磁原理特性,通过有限元仿真分析了一台36槽6极铁氧体永磁辅助同步磁阻电机永磁体退磁分布特性,根据其退磁特性,提出了不等厚永磁体、永磁体内移、永磁体槽切边等改进结构,并仿真验证其退磁改善效果,对比了各改进结构对永磁体用量、电机效率、退磁率的影响,确定最终方案。仿真结果表明,通过转子结构的优化,可以有效改善铁氧体永磁辅助同步磁阻电机低温不可逆退磁,具有更广泛的应用场合及应用前景。

Abstract: The principle and characteristics of demagnetization of ferrite permanent magnet were briefly introduced. The demagnetization distribution characteristics of a 36 slot 6 pole ferrite permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor (PMSynRM) was analyzed by using a finite element method. According to its demagnetization characteristics, the improved structures such as unequal thickness permanent magnet, permanent magnet move toward the center of rotor, and permanent magnet slot trimming was proposed, and its improvement effect of demagnetization was verified by finite element simulation. The influence of each improved structure on the amount of permanent magnet, efficiency and demagnetization rate was compared, and the final scheme was determined. The simulation results show that the optimization of rotor structure can effectively improve the irreversible demagnetization of ferrite PMSynRM, and make it have more extensive applications and application prospects.
