摘要: 转子冲片强度满足要求是保证电机安全运行的关键。运用有限元法对客运机车用1 430 kW永磁同步牵引电机的转子冲片强度进行数值仿真与分析,采用不同加载方式计算对比,建立在永磁同步牵引电机设计初期更合理的转子冲片强度分析方法,并通过调整隔磁桥厚度和隔磁桥与极中心线间夹角θ对转子冲片结构进行优化,改善了电机转子冲片的应力水平。

Abstract: It is the key to ensure the safe operation of the motor that the strength of the rotor lamination meets the requirements.A finite element method(FEM) was used to simulate and analyze the strength of rotor lamination of 1 430 kW permanent magnet synchronous traction motor for passenger locomotives. Compared with different loading methods, a more reasonable strength analysis method of rotor lamination was established in the early design stage of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor. The rotor lamination structure was optimized by adjusting the thickness of the magneticseparation bridge and the angle between the magneticseparation bridge and the polar center line, and the stress level of the motor rotor lamination was improved.
