Electromagnetic Intererence Suppression of PMSM Based on Model Predictive Current Control

摘要: 共模电压及电流高次谐波是逆变-电机系统主要电磁干扰源,是飞机机电作动系统设计需要解决的核心问题之一。提出一种低共模电压模型预测控制方法。分析了逆变-电机系统共模干扰产生机理,利用参考电流求解最优电压矢量以减小电流谐波含量。为了削弱共模电压,提出了采用零电压矢量的替代策略,通过对非零基础电压进行合成产生最优电压矢量施加给电机。实验结果表明,该低共模电压永磁同步电机模型预测电流控制可以有效降低共模电压及电机谐波电流含量,进而有效抑制逆变-电机系统电磁干扰。

Abstract: Common mode voltage and high-ordercurrent harmonics are the main electromagnetic interferencesources of electrical drive system, which belongs to the core problems in aircraft electromechanical actuation system.A model predictive control method to reduce the low common mode voltage was presented. The mechanism of common mode interference in the electrical drive system was analyzed. The optimal voltage vector was solved based on the reference current directly to reduce the high-order harmonic content. In order to weaken the common mode voltage, an alternative strategy of zero voltage vector was proposed. The optimal voltage vector was applied to the motor by synthesizing the non-zero fundamental voltage. The experimental results show that the proposed model predictive current control of low common mode voltage method can effectively reduce the common mode voltage and harmonic current content of the motor, and then effectively suppress the electromagnetic interference of the electrical drive system.
