自适应滑模增益永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制

Speed Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with Adaptive Sliding Mode Gain

摘要: 提出一种自适应滑模增益方法解决电机控制系统中的抖振、电流输出不稳定和转速误差大等问题,实现永磁同步电机无速度传感器控制策略。将相电流有效值动态反馈至滑模观测器中,实现滑模增益自适应控制的能力,提高了电流输出的稳定性。构建带有边界层的饱和函数,并设计滑模增益自适应率优化滑模控制,使得滑模观测器中的抖振问题得到改善。通过仿真以及实验证明该方法的可靠性,明显改善了滑模抖振现象,提高了系统的控制性能,电机转速误差从2 rad/s减小到1 rad/s。

Abstract: An adaptive sliding mode gain method was proposed to solve the problems of chattering, unstable current output and large speed error in the motor control system, realizing the speed sensorless control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The effective value of the phase current was dynamically fed back to the sliding mode observer to realize the ability of adaptive control of sliding mode gain and improve the stability of current output. The saturation function with boundary layer was constructed, and the sliding mode gain adaptive rate was designed to optimize the sliding mode control, so that the chattering problem in the sliding mode observer is improved. The reliability of the methodwas proved by simulation and experiments, the sliding mode chattering was obviously decreased, the control performance of the system was improved, and the motor speed error was reduced from 2 rad/s to 1 rad/s.
