基于最大电流的双无刷直流舵机错峰起动控制

摘要: 为满足共直流母线双无刷直流舵机系统在一定电源条件限制下双电机同时起动的要求,分析单台三相无刷直流电动机起动过程并提出软起动策略;以最大电流为原则,针对两台电机同时起动提出了一种占空比可灵活整定的错峰起动以及转速顺滑切换的控制策略,减小了逆变器工作损耗,提高了效率。仿真验证了该控制策略的有效性,同时对其他多电机控制系统具有一定的参考价值和适用性。

Abstract: In order to start two motors at the same time under the condition that the output current of the power supply is limited in the common DC bus double brushless DC steering gear system, the starting process of a single three-phase brushless DC motor was analyzed and a soft starting strategy was proposed. Based on the principle of maximum current, aiming at the simultaneous starting of two motors, a control strategy of peak-shift starting with flexibly adjustable duty cycle and smooth speed switching was proposed, which reduced the working loss of the inverter and improved the efficiency. The effectiveness of the control strategy was verified by simulation, and it has certain reference value and applicability for other multi-motor control systems.
