摘要: 分析了汽车微电机转子的制造装配技术发展现状和工艺特点,对微电机转子轴装配工艺进行了深入阐述和解析,并介绍了国内外几种主要的轴装配工艺和技术,同时对相应的优势和不足进行了对比和分析,对提升微电机细长轴的装配技术和相关设备的现有工艺改良,具有十分重要的实践和理论意义。

Abstract: The development status and process characteristics of the manufacturing and assembly technology of automotive micro-motor armatures were analyzed. The assembly process of micro-motor armature shafts was explained and analyzed in depth, and several major shaft assembly technologies and technologies at home and abroad were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages were compared and analyzed, which had very important practical and theoretical significance to the assembly technology of micro-motor slender shafts and the existing process improvement of related equipment.
