Design of Controller for High Speed Permanent Magnet Motor

摘要: 针对氢燃料电池空压机,设计了一台高速永磁同步电机控制器,软件采用滑模观测器估算转子的位置和转速,“三段式”起动;硬件采用集成电机控制处理器的双核芯片,单电流传感器采样,普通IGBT功率器件。用样机搭建实验平台,对起动性能和调速性能进行测试。该控制器方案结构简单、成本低、性能稳定。

Abstract: Permanent magnet motors were more suitable for high-speed applications due to their high efficiency. A high speed permanent magnet motor controller was designed for hydrogen fuel cell air compressor. The sliding mode observer (SMO) was used to estimate the position and speed of the rotor, the motor controller adopts three-stage starting mode. A dual-core chip with integrated motor control processor′s was used in the controller with single current sensor and common IGBT power devices. The high speed motor controller was produced and the experimental platform was built, then the starting performance and speed regulation performance of the motor controller were tested. The controller has a simple structure with low cost and stable performance.
