一种永磁同步电机位置传感器故障保护控制方法

A Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Position Sensor Fault Protection Control Method

摘要: 针对永磁同步电机运行过程中位置传感器损坏会导致的极大风险,而传统无位置控制算法存在转速适用范围有限等问题,提出将扩张状态观测器的方法应用于位置传感器故障保护控制中,结合位置传感器控制与无位置传感器控制算法,实现永磁同步电机位置传感器的故障保护控制。基于扩张状态观测器原理,通过观测电机反电动势进行转子角度估算,根据实测与估算角度的误差进行位置传感器的故障判断,再通过一阶低通滤波,实现位置传感器控制与估算角度控制之间的平滑切换。进行了理论分析、软件设计,并搭建实验台架进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,该方法稳定性好、适应性高,能够实现永磁同步电机转子位置的准确观测,以及位置传感器的故障保护功能。

Abstract: Aiming to the extreme risks caused by the position sensor fault, during the operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and problems of limited speed range adaptabilities of the traditional sensorless control method, a position sensor fault protection control method of PMSM was proposed by applying the extended state observer (ESO) method to position sensor fault protection control method, and combining the control methods of position sensor sensorless. Based on the ESO method, the rotor anglewas estimated by observing the motor back electromotive, the position sensor fault was judgedby the error between the measured and the estimated rotor position, and the smooth switching between position sensor control and angle estimation control was realized by first-order low-pass filter. The theoretical analysis and software design were carried out, and the experimental bench was built for experimental verification. Experimental results show that the proposed method is of good stability and high adaptability, and can realize accurate observation of rotor position of PMSM and fault protection function of position sensor.
