摘要: 针对IGBT 损耗不易测量的问题,提出了一种基于Simplorer/ Simulink 联合仿真计算IGBT 损耗的方法。对IGBT 损耗公式进行推导,采用软件仿真的方法,在Simulink 中搭建电机控制算法模型,Simplorer 中搭建逆变器开关模型与电机模型,实现了基于Simplorer/ Simulink 的联合仿真。仿真结果表明,采用联合仿真搭建的IGBT 模型能够模拟器件的导通和关断延时过程,且相较于只通过Simulink 进行公式计算的方法,联合仿真获取的逆变器IGBT损耗与实际实验的误差更小,证明了联合仿真模型的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract: Aiming at solving the problem of the difficult measurement for the IGBT loss calculation, a method of IGBT loss calculation based on Simplorer / Simulink co-simulation was proposed. The IGBT power loss formulas were deduced, the motor control algorithm model was built in Simulink.The inverter switch model and motor model were built in Simplorer, the co-simulation based on Simplorer/Simulink was realized. The simulation results show that the IGBT model built by co-simulation can simulate the turn-on and turn-off delay process of the device. Meanwhile, compared with the formulas calculationin Simulink, the error between IGBT power loss obtained by the co-simulation and the actual test is smaller, which proves the accuracy and reliability of the co-simulation model.
