金属紧固件涂覆工艺改进设计

摘要: 针对传统紧固件涂敷工艺受到人工及技术因素影响存在可控度差、涂覆一致性差,涂料挥发造成严重的环境污染,容易引起工人职业病等问题,提出了一种使用机器人自动化改造的金属紧固件涂覆改进工艺,研究了新型金属紧固件涂覆工艺方法和内容。测试结果表明,选择新型金属紧固件涂覆工艺,涂覆效果一致性好,较大提高了生产效率,减少了涂料环境污染。

Abstract: In view of the problems of poor controllability and coating consistency of traditional factors, serious environmental pollution caused by coating volatilization, which is easy to cause occupational diseases of workers and so on, an improved coating process of metal fastener modified by robot automation was proposed, the new coating process method and content of metal fastener were studied. The test results show that the coating process of the new type of metal fastener has good consistency, greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the environmental pollution of the coating.
