基于准Y源网络的BLDCM换相转矩脉动抑制策略

Commutation Torque Ripple Suppression of BLDCM Based on Quasi-Y-Source Net

摘要: 针对无刷直流电机工作时换相转矩脉动较大的现象,研究一种基于准Y源网络的控制策略。将准Y源网络接在逆变桥输入端,换相期间由准Y源网络升压后的输出电压作为母线电压驱动无刷直流电机,保证恒导通相相电流幅值的稳定,有效降低换相转矩脉动。通过对换相转矩脉动产生原理的分析,介绍一种通过功率变换模块调节的控制系统。仿真结果表明,该方法将换相转矩脉动降低到平均转矩的3.5%,有效降低了无刷直流电机的换相转矩脉动,同时提高了电机输出的平均转矩。

Abstract: A novel control strategy based on quasi-Y-source net was proposed for the high commutation torque ripple of BLDCM. The quasi-Y-source net was connected to the input of the inverter bridge, the output voltage of the quasi-Y-source net after boosting was used as DC link voltage to drive the BLDCM during commutation, which ensured the stability of the constant conducting phase current amplitude and effectively reduced the commutation torque ripple. Through the analysis of the principle of commutation torque ripple, a control system regulated by power conversion module was introduced. The simulation results showed that this method reduced the commutation torque ripple to 3.5% of the average torque, effectively reduced the commutation torque ripple of the BLDCM,and improved the average output torque of the motor.
