电动汽车分数槽绕组永磁电机转矩特性研究

摘要: 针对永磁电机转矩特性研究主要分为如何提高输出转矩和降低转矩波动的研究。电动汽车驱动用电机要求电机应具有较大的输出转矩和较小的转矩波动,满足电动汽车安全性和舒适性需求。为了满足上述需求,以60 kW内置式分数槽集中绕组永磁同步电机为例,利用现代计算机仿真,研究电动汽车用永磁同步电机转矩特性,为提高电机输出转矩、降低电机转矩波动提供了理论依据,得出能够指导工程实践的有益结论。

Abstract: The research on the torque characteristics of permanent magnet motor is mainly divided into how to improve the output torque and reduce the torque ripple. Motors for electric vehicle driving require motors with large output torque and small torque fluctuations to meet the safety and comfort requirements of electric vehicles. In order to meet the above requirements, a 60 kW interior fractional-slot concentrated winding permanent magnet synchronous motor was taken as an example to study the torque characteristics by using modern computer simulation. The study provides a theoretical basis for improving the output torque and reducing the torque ripple of the motor, and draws useful conclusions for engineering practice.
