Research on Sensorless Vector Control Strategy of Three-Level NPC Traction Converter

摘要: 针对三电平二极管钳位型(NPC)牵引变流器在感应电机无传感器矢量控制中的应用,基于空间矢量调制算法(SVPWM),引入大小不同的中性点电压偏移阈值,在不同的阈值下对矢量作用时间采用滞环控制和主动控制相结合的方法,解决了中性点电压平衡问题。在全阶磁链状态观测器获取电机转速信息基础上,优化了矢量控制中电流内环控制架构,控制参数易于整定。在分析死区时间影响的基础上,提出了基于三电平SVPWM控制的实时死区补偿方法,具有实现简单、代码量少的优点。通过仿真和电机拖动实验,验证该控制策略的适用性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the application of three-level neutral point clamped (NPC) traction converter in sensorless vector control of induction motor, based on the space vector modulation algorithm (SVPWM), the problem of neutral point voltage balance was solved by introducing different threshold values of neutral point voltage offset, and using the method of hysteresis control and active control for vector action time under different thresholds. Based on the speed information obtained by the full order flux observer, the current inner loop control architecture in vector control was optimized. On the basis of analyzing the influence of dead time, a real-time dead time compensation method based on three-level SVPWM control was proposed, which has less code, simple implementation and easy integration. The applicability and effectiveness of the control strategy were verified by simulation and motor driving test.
