压缩机用外转子永磁同步电机结构优化

摘要: 变频空调压缩机电机大多采用内转子永磁电动机,但内转子电机一直存在噪声、振动和成本的问题。相比内转子电机结构,外转子电机在噪声、转动惯量和漆包线成本上具有优势。对外转子电机的发展现状、技术优势以及外转子电机在压缩机上的应用现状做了分析,进行了外转子压缩机电机的方案设计,样机试制,试验平台搭建以及样机实验验证。

Abstract: Most of the inverter air conditioner compressor motors use inner rotor PMSM, but the inner rotor motors always have the problems of noise, vibration and cost. Compared with the inner rotor motor , the outer rotor motor has advantages in noise, moment of inertia and the cost of the enameled wire. The development status, technical advantages and application status of outer rotor motors in compressors were analyzed. The scheme design, prototype trial production, test platform construction and prototype test of the outer rotor motor were carried out.
