摘要: 变频空调压缩机采用永磁同步电机驱动。压缩机异常情况易影响电机性能及可靠性。在电机设计初期,如何避免永磁体退磁成为压缩机电机设计的重要环节。基于有限元仿真搭建了一种电机退磁评价方法,为空调压缩机用永磁同步电机退磁特性评价提供了分析方法。

Abstract: The compressor in the inverter air conditioner uses a PMSM. The abnormal situation of compressor may easily lead to the occurrence of irreversible demagnetization, affecting the performance and reliability of the motor. In the initial design stage, how to avoid magnet demagnetization becomes an important part of compressor motor design. Based on FEM simulation, a motor demagnetization evaluation method was built, which provides an analysis method for the demagnetization characteristics evaluation of PMSM for air conditioner compressor.
