电动汽车用分裂绕组永磁同步电机设计

摘要: 设计了一款新型纯电动物流车用驱动电机,定子采用分裂绕组形式,电机在低速区域工作时绕组全部接入,电机在高速区域工作时绕组部分接入,以替代机械式两档变速箱,拓宽电机高效率工作区域。根据电动物流车所需动力,计算电机的功率和转矩特性曲线,利用解析法和有限元法确定额定工况下电机的转子及定子等电磁参数,再根据实际电压和电流限制优化交直轴磁路,并优化定子绕组分裂比,电机实测实验描绘出电机输出效率map。

Abstract: A new type motor with divided-winding used for electric logistics vehicle was designed. Divided-winding was adopted for the stator. All the windings were connected when the motor worked in the low-speed area, and part of the windings were connected when the motor worked in the high-speed area, so as to replace the mechanical two speed gear-box to widen the high-efficiency working area. The power and torque characteristic curve of the motor were calculated according to the required power of the electric logistics vehicle. Then the electromagnetic parameters of the rotor and stator under the rated working condition were determined by the analytical method and the finite element method. The magnetic circuit of the d-q axis and the divide ratio of the stator winding were optimized according to the actual voltage and current restrictions. The measurement of the motor was carried out, and the efficiency map of the motor was drawn.
