Dual Voice Coil Motor Synchronous Servo System Based on Fuzzy Active Disturbance Rejection Control

摘要: 在双音圈电机同步系统中,由于音圈电机独特的分体式结构,其中一个电机的外部干扰对另一个电机的耦合作用尤为明显。针对该问题,提出了一种基于交叉耦合控制器(CCC)和模糊自抗扰控制器(Fuzzy-ADRC)的位置同步控制方案。利用自抗扰控制器(ADRC)对音圈电机伺服系统中的扰动总和进行估计与补偿;为进一步提高系统鲁棒性,设计Fuzzy-ADRC实现ADRC的参数自适应调整。此外,设计CCC消除双电机同步过程中的耦合现象,实现双电机伺服同步控制。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制系统能够明显提高各电机跟踪精度和同步精度,控制效果良好。

Abstract: In the dual voice coil motor synchronous system, because of the unique split structure of voice coil motor, the coupling effect of one motor external interference on the other motor is particularly obvious. To solve this problem, a position synchronization control scheme based on the cross coupling controller (CCC) and the fuzzy ADRC (fuzzy ADRC) was proposed. ADRC was used to estimate and compensate the total disturbance of voice coil motor servo system. In order to improve the robustness of the system, fuzzy ADRC was designed to realize the adaptive adjustment of ADRC parameters. In addition, CCC was designed to eliminate the coupling phenomenon in the process of dual motor synchronization and realize dual motor servo synchronization control. The simulation results showed that the designed control system can significantly improve the tracking accuracy and synchronization accuracy of each motor, and the control effect is good.
