摘要: 基于模态分析理论,采用限元分析软件ANSYS对某高速永磁电机转子进行自由模态仿真分析,获得了转子前三阶弯曲固有频率值与振型.通过模态实验实测其固有频率值,比较两者数据,验证了仿真计算的准确性,为同类型转子动力学计算提供了参考依据.

Abstract: Based on the modal analysis theory, the free-modal-state simulation analysis of a high speed permanent magnet motor rotor was carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS, natural frequency values and vibration modes of the first three order bending modal were obtained. And the modal test was used to measure the natural frequency value. The comparison between test and simulation verified the accuracy of the simulation calculation and provided a reference for the same type of rotor dynamics calculation.
