切向内置式高速永磁电动机转子结构优化研究

Optimal Design of Rotor Structure for High Speed Spoke-Type IPM Motor

摘要: 针对小功率高速永磁电动机,为满足高速电动机转子结构的应力要求,并简化电动机的生产工艺,提出了一种基于梯形永磁体的切向内置式转子结构,在满足电动机基本设计要求的前提下,对电动机转子相关结构参数进行了优化设计.采用有限元仿真方法,详细地分析了极弧系数和转子表面结构对齿槽转矩,平均转矩和转矩脉动的影响规律,并对转子的结构应力进行了校核.研究表明,该转子结构可有效简化电动机的生产工艺,总结了部分参数对电动机转矩性能的影响规律,并通过对转子结构的优化,有效地减小齿槽转矩以及转矩脉动.

Abstract: In order to meet the structure stress requirements of the rotor structure of the high-speed motor and simplify the production process of the motor for small power high-speed permanent magnet motor, an interior rotor structure with tangential permanent magnet is proposed. On the premise of meeting the basic design requirements of the motor, the relevant structure parameters of the rotor are optimized. The influence of pole arc coefficient and surface structure of rotor on cogging torque, average torque and torque ripple are analyzed in detail and the structure stress of rotor is checked. The results show that the production process of the motor is effectively simplified by the proposed rotor structure. The cogging torque and torque ripple can be effectively reduced by optimizing the rotor structure.
