摘要:

基于内电混合动力包永磁发电机的技术要求,对永磁齿轮复合发电机(PMGCG)的磁路进行分析,并对气隙磁场进行有限元计算,初步建立PMGCG模型。利用ANSYS软件对PMGCG的特性进行仿真分析,对PMGCG三种起动方式及三种加载方式进行研究,获得了相应的特性曲线,从中选择出波幅最小、稳定性最高的起动加载方式。对PMGCG的损耗进行仿真分析,获得主要损耗曲线,并对PMGCG进行优化,优化后的PMGCG磁滞损耗降低了48.9%。

Abstract:

Based on the technical requirements of internal combustion electric hybrid package permanent magnet generator, the air-gap magnetic field of permanent magnet gear compound generator (PMGCG) was analyzed, the finite element calculation was carried out,and simulation model was established. Three starting modes and three loading models of PMGCG were studied. The corresponding characteristic curves were obtained, the starting mode with the lowest amplitude and the highest stability was selected. The loss of PMGCG was simulated and analyzed, and the main loss curve was obtained, the hysteresis loss of optimized PMGCG was reduced by 48.9 %.
