微小型行星减速器的空程控制研究

摘要: 针对微小型行星减速器的特点,分析了影响微小型行星减速器空程的主要原因。以φ8 mm行星减速器为例,对齿轮副之间的齿侧间隙,以及行星轮和行星销轴之间的配合间隙两方面进行控制,再加上分级装配的方法,使减速器的空程得到控制。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of mini planetary reducer, the main causes affecting the lost motion of mini planetary reducer were analyzed. Taking a φ8 mm planetary reducer as an example, controlling the backlash between the gear pair, and the fit clearance between the planet gear and planetary pin, coupled with method of grading assembly, the lost motion of reducer was controlled.
