Comparison of Position Sensorless Permanent Magnet Motor Driven by Square Wave and Sine Wave

摘要: 介绍了永磁电机两种驱动方式的无位置传感器控制原理,方波驱动根据反电动势过零点判定换相位置;正弦波驱动采用滑模观测器估算转子位置。介绍两种驱动方式的控制电路结构。采用相同的逆变电路、相同的开关频率和相同的扇叶负载,对两种驱动方式的控制器效率、噪声、电磁干扰性进行对比实验。结果表明,两种驱动方式的效率非常接近,正弦波驱动的电机的噪声和传导电磁干扰频稍低,但控制算法复杂,控制芯片成本较高。

Abstract: The sensorless control principle of permanent magnet motor was introduced in two driving modes, square wave drive determined the commutation position according to the zero point of inverse potential, sinusoidal wave drive used a sliding mode observer to estimate the rotor position.The control circuit structure of two driving modes was introduced. By using the same inverter circuit, the same switching frequency and the same fan blade load, the controller efficiency, noise and electromagnetic interference of the two driving modes were compared.The results show that the efficiency and electromagnetic interference spectrum of the two driving modes are very similar, the sinusoidal drive motor has slightly lower noise, but the control algorithm is complex, and the cost of the control chip is relatively high.
