九相感应电机切套运行的非线性磁路计算

Calculation of Non-Linear Magnetic Circuit for Nine-Phase Induction Motor Cutting

摘要: 多套多相绕组构成的感应电机发生缺相故障时可以切出故障相所在的整套绕组,电机工作在切套运行状态。为掌握电机切套运行时的精确性能指标,以三套三相绕组构成的九相感应电机为研究对象,应用分布磁路法计算了电机相数和励磁电流均发生变化后的非线性磁路,得到工作范围内励磁电流与励磁电感的对应关系,通过非线性插值即可求得任意励磁电流下计及饱和时的励磁电感。利用有限元法对九相感应电机不同切套工况进行仿真验证,仿真结果与分布磁路法计算结果相吻合,验证了磁路计算结果的正确性。

Abstract: The induction motor composed of multiple sets of multi-phase windings can cut out the entire set of windings where the faulty phase is located when the phase failure occurs, so that the motor works in the cut-to-sleeve operation state. In order to grasp the precise performance index of the motor when the sleeve is running, the nine-phase induction motor composed of three sets of three-phase windings was taken as the research object, and the distributed magnetic circuit approach was used to calculate the nonlinear magnetic field after the change of phase number and excitation current. The corresponding relationship between the excitation current and the excitation inductance in the working range was obtained, and the excitation inductance at any excitation current in consideration of saturation can be obtained by nonlinear interpolation. The finite element method was used to simulate and verify the different cutting conditions of the nine-phase induction motor. The simulation results were consistent with the calculation results of the distributed magnetic circuit method, and the correctness of the magnetic circuit calculation results was verified.
