整距绕组双凸极永磁电机相电流驱动开关控制策略

Switch-Mode Control Strategy for Drive Circuit of Full-Pitch Winding Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Machine

摘要: 整距绕组双凸极永磁电机(FMDSPM)具有高空间利用率,结构紧凑,高扭矩密度,低扭矩波动以及坚固的特征,其相绕组电流开关控制策略具有独特的特征。以6/4极FMDSPM电机为例,给出理想磁链分布和电流开关状态,得出驱动开关电路开关通断模态的四状态控制法。通过非线性模型分析和测试,其反电动势得到验证,通过动态模型分析,两相FMDSPM相绕组电流开关通断控制策略的有效性得到验证。

Abstract: Full-pitch winding doubly salient permanent magnet machine(FMDSPM)possesses some attractive features such as high space utilization, high torque density and low ripple of torque. There exists unique feature in switch-mode control for the driving circuit of FMDSPM. A FMDSPM machine with 6/4 pole was taken as example, the ideal flux distribution and current switch state were given, and the four state control method of driven circuit was obtained. The back-EMF was verified through analysis and test of nonlinear model. The dynamical analysis was carried out in order to validate the introduced four-state control strategy for FMDSPM.
