摘要:

针对电梯曳引机盘式制动器各功能性元件构型不合理,以及微动开关机构稳定性差等问题,研究了盘式制动器和微动开关的结构和工作原理,设计了一种新型盘式制动器,该制动器构型合理,性能优良。通过实验对比现有结构和优化结构,结果表明,新型制动器制动响应时间更短,微动开关稳定性更好、寿命更长。

Abstract:

With unreasonable configuration of disc brake functional parts and poor stability of micro-switch operation,the structure and mechanism of disc brake and micro-switch were studied.A new disc brake with reasonable configuration and better performance was designed.Comparison was made between the traditional and optimal structure with experiments,the results show that the new disc brake has shorter release time,better operation stability and longer service life of micro-switch.
