混合式永磁耦合调速器导体转子振动研究

摘要:

介绍了永磁调速器的结构与工作原理以及混合式永磁调速器结构。分析了混合式永磁磁力耦合调速器振动产生的原因,由Sander薄壳理论的基本公式出发,建立了混合式永磁磁力耦合调速器轴向导体转子的数学模型,并给出了r≥2阶数力波作用下固有频率的表达式,利用有限元仿真软件对永磁磁力耦合调速的导体转子振动特性进行仿真。通过分析可知,导体转子振幅中径向导体转子的振幅起主要作用,径向导体转子的厚度与振幅成正比例关系。导体转子整体振幅小于径向导体转子与轴向导体转子单独振幅,径向导体转子与轴向导体转子相互具有抑制作用。搭建混合式永磁调速器振动实验平台,获得混合式永磁调速器导体转子振动分析图。与仿真对比,实验数据基本一致。

Abstract:

The structure and working principle of permanent magnet speed governor, the structure of hybrid permanent magnet governor were introduced. The cause of vibration of the hybrid permanent magnet coupling speed governor was analyzed. The mathematical model of the axial conductor rotor for hybrid permanent magnetic coupling speed governor was established according to the basic formula of Sander thin shell theory. The expression of natural frequency was presented under the action of r=2 or higher order wave force. The vibration characteristic of conductor rotor for permanent magnetic coupling speed governor was simulated by finite element simulation software. The analysis shows that the radial conductor rotor plays a major role in the vibration amplitude of the conductor rotor, and the thickness of the radial conductor rotor is proportional to the amplitude. The overall amplitude of the conductor rotor is smaller than that of the radial and axial conductor rotor, and the interaction between the radial and axial conductor rotor is inhibited. The vibration test platform of hybrid permanent magnet governor was built and the conductor rotor vibration analysis diagram was obtained. The experimental data were consistent with the simulation results.
