摘要:

齿槽转矩的削弱是永磁同步电动机研究的重点之一。根据齿槽转矩解析表达式,研究了最优极弧系数的确定方法。建立了V型内置式永磁同步电机极弧系数的参数化模型,通过修改转子参数,使电机极弧系数趋于最优值,从而永磁电机的齿槽转矩能够得到降低。有限元仿真验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:

Cogging torque reduction is one of the main concerns of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM).A method for determining the optimal pole-arc coefficient was studied,which based on the analytical expression of cogging torque.A parametric model of the pole-arc coefficient in V-type interior PMSM was established,it is noted that the cogging torque can be reduced by modifying the rotor parameters to alter the pole-arc coefficient to be the optimal one.The effectiveness of the method is verified by 2D finite element simulation(FEM).
