摘要:

为了提高反电动势非正弦波的五相永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的可靠性,在无故障数学模型的基础上,重构缺一相后剩余四相逆变桥输出电压矢量,研究缺一相时基波平面转矩及三次谐波平面电流直接控制策略。在减小电机输出转矩脉动的原则上,采用添加转矩给定前馈补偿的方式,克服了因不解耦而导致的转矩脉动。实验结果表明,该控制策略能够使电机在缺一相下平稳运行,且能由绕组无故障不间断切换到缺相运行。

Abstract:

In order to improve the reliability of the direct torque control system of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with back electromotive force (EMF)as non-sinusoidal wave. Based on the mathematical model of no fault, the output voltage vector of the remaining four phases inverter bridge was reconstructed, and a direct torque control (DTC) strategy was studied, which realizes the direct control of the fundamental torque and the 3rd harmonic current. In the principle of reducing the torque ripple of the motor, the torque ripple caused by non decoupling was overcome by the method of adding torque feedforward compensation. The experimental results show that the motor can run smoothly under the condition of any one phase winding open circuit, and it can be switched from the failure-free operation to the fault-tolerant operation.
