高速电机中频变频器的电路设计

摘要:

中频变频器用于内圆磨床高速磨头电机的驱动。该中频变频器是一种直流电压斩波控制型变频装置,调压和调频两个环节同时受控于主令电压,实现U/f通调,两者在控制上配合较好。变频器启动电路中采用函数信号发生器,在PWM脉冲列产生电路中采用了V/f转换电路,f/V转换电路和频率PI调节器电路等,在PWM信号形成电路中使用了六分频环计及双对偶与/或选择门电路,设计成150°导通型的方波逆变器。该中频变频器已在轴承行业的磨床中大量应用。

Abstract:

Intermediate frequency converter can be used for driving high-speed grinding motor of internal grinding machine. The designed intermediate frequency converter is a DCV chopped wave-controlling frequency conversion device, in which voltage and frequency are under the same control of master voltage to realize U/f common modulation; thus, the two achieve favorable cooperation. Starting circuit of the converter adopted function generator. In PWM pulse train generation circuit, V/f switching circuit, f/V switching circuit and frequency PI regulator circuit and others were adopted, while in PWM signal generation circuit,hexagonal frequency cyclometerand double dual and/or select gate circuit were adopted, which at last was designed into a 150°conduction-type square wave inverter.The designed intermediate frequency converter has been widely applied in grinding machine of bearing industry.
