摘要:

高速V型内置式永磁转子在离心力的作用下主、辅隔磁桥容易损坏,有必要对高速V型内置式永磁转子进行强度分析和结构优化。基于高速离心力、变形协调机理,建立V型内置式永磁转子结构力学解析方程,并通过有限元模拟进行对比验证。结合飞轮储能磁力耦合传动装置中对V型内置式永磁转子的设计需求和适应性条件,提取主隔磁桥、辅助隔磁桥相应的径向宽度和切向宽度、永磁体到转子中心的距离、V型永磁体间夹角等表征参数作为优化参数,建立以转子质量、最大应力及最大变形为目标函数与约束条件的多目标优化模型,实现永磁转子结构参数的优化设计。

Abstract:

The main and auxiliary magnetic isolation bridges of the high-speed V type interior permanent magnet rotor are easy to be damaged under the action of high-speed centrifugal force. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the strength of the high-speed V type interior permanent magnet rotor, so as to put forward the direction of structural optimization. Based on the coordination mechanism of high-speed centrifugal force and deformation, the structural mechanics analytical equation of V type interior permanent magnet rotor was established, and verified by finite element simulation. Considering the design requirements and adaptability conditions of the V type interior permanent magnet rotor in the flywheel energy storage and magnetic coupling drive device, the radial and tangential widths of the main and auxiliary magnetic isolation bridges, the distance between the permanent magnet and the rotor center, and the angle between the V type permanent magnets were extracted as the optimal parameters. A multi-objective optimization model with the objective function and constraints of rotor mass, maximum stress and maximum deformation of static stress is established to optimize the structural parameters of permanent magnet rotor.
