车载异步电动机静止参数辨识方法研究

摘要:

为了获取精确的电机参数,针对新能源汽车车载异步电动机连接负载的特点,对使用控制器实现静止状态下参数辨识的方法进行了研究。 在异步电动机反Γ型等效电路的基础上,通过添加直流分量使重构电压误差线性化并补偿,采用单相实验,实现辨识电机定子电阻、转子电阻、漏感和互感。在一台车载异步电动机上进行了实验验证,辨识精度证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:

To obtain accurate motor parameters,in view of induction motor used in new energy vehicle connecting to the load, the method to acquire the parameters of motor with rotor at standstill using controller was studied.On the basis of the inverse Γ-form equivalent circuit of induction motor,the error of reconstructed voltage was linearized by adding direct current component and then compensated.The single-phase experimental was used to identify stator resistance, rotor resistance, leakage inductance and mutual inductance after this. The method was validated by experiments on an induction motor in new energy vehicle, and the precision of identification proves the feasibility of the method.
