摘要:

设计了一种基于嵌入式控制系统的低成本物品引导车。利用室内自定位传感器,差分驱动器和多媒体交互等模块,实现自动将物品搬运到指定地点。室内自定位功能是通过融合航迹推算和视觉测量来实现的,在多媒体交互模块中,嵌入与模块的位置坐标相关的音频文件。通过位置坐标接近物品站点并等待物品装载完成,自动将物品运送到指定位置。开发了物品引导车的原型,并通过实例介绍来论证设计的合理性。

Abstract:

A low cost goods guided vehicle based on embedded electronic System is designed in this paper.Use indoor self-positioning sensors,differential drivers and multimedia interaction modules to automatically transfer goods to designated locations.Among them the core indoor self-localization function is achieved by fusing dead-reckoning and visual measurement involving inertial measurement unit (IMU),a pair of hall encoders and a camera.On this basis, audio files related with the location coordinates are embedded into the module of multimedia interaction.Then the robot can approach the goods location and wait for the goods to load,and finally automatically transfer goods to designated locations.A prototype of the goods guided vehicle is developed to prove the rationality of the design with an example introduction.
