Analysis of Magnetic Field and Thrust of Linear Motor Based on Equivalent Magnetic Potential Method

摘要:

利用解析法和有限元法分析了永磁同步直线电动机的磁场及推力。采用等效磁势法对直线电动机的气隙磁场进行了计算,推导出气隙磁密的解析表达式,利用有限元软件对直线电动机进行了二维平面建模,对气隙磁场进行了分析,将解析法与有限元法的计算结果进行了比较,验证了解析法计算的准确性。基于等效磁势法的结论,推导出直线电动机推力公式并计算出了直线电动机的推力,利用有限元法对直线电动机进行推力计算,通过实验测得实际直线电动机的推力,对比了三种方法的计算结果,证明解析法的计算结果是更加准确的。

Abstract:

The magnetic field and thrust of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor were analyzed by the analytic method and the finite element method. The equivalent magnetic potential method was used to calculate the air gap magnetic field of a linear motor, and the analytical expression of the air gap magnetic density was derived. A two-dimensional plane modeling of linear motor was carried out by using FEA software, and the analysis of the air gap magnetic field was carried out. The results of the analytical method and the finite element method were compared, and the accuracy of the analytical method was verified. Based on the analytical expression of air gap flux density, the thrust formula of linear motor was deduced, and the thrust of linear motor was calculated by the analytic method and the finite element method. By measuring the thrust of the actual linear motor by experiment, the calculation results of the three methods were compared, and the results of the analytical method were proved to be more accurate.
