摘要: 设计并研制了一款中速轻型电动汽车用外转子开关磁阻轮毂电机。根据电动汽车的工作环境及电池配备确定了设计目标参数,并从转矩、功率、效率和质量四个方面比较了三相6/4、三相12/8、四相8/6及四相16/12极四种形式开关磁阻电动机,选择三相12/8极结构方案。进行了详细的结构设计,分析和优化气隙宽度和极弧系数等电磁参数,对样机进行了转矩、效率、起动等性能的测试,数据达到设计要求。

Abstract: The design and development of an external rotor switched reluctance in-wheel  motor for a specific light weight and medium speed electric vehicle was presented. Basic structure parameters calculation were provided. Torque, power, efficiency and weight of three-phase 6/4, three-phase 12/8, four phase 8/6 and four phase 16/12 SRM were analyzed and compared to show three-phase 12/8 was a better solution. Detailed structure design was carried out. The electromagnetic parameters such as air gap width and pole arc coefficient were analyzed and optimized. Torque, efficiency and start-up performance of prototype were tested, and the data met the design requirements.
