一种优化的永磁同步电机电流迭代控制算法

An Optimal Current Iterative Control Algorithm for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)损耗受电流影响较大的问题,鲜有文献阐述如何在满足电机转矩需求和调速需求前提下实现电流最优。提出了一种优化的PMSM电流迭代控制算法。通过该算法在给定转矩和转速下进行最优目标工作点的选取,对非线性的特性曲线运用迭代法进行数值求解,计算量较小且能求取出最优的定子电流。同时与设计的模型预测控制器(MPC)相结合,优化PMSM的电流预测值和控制实际输出值。仿真和实验结果表明,该优化的PMSM电流迭代控制算法相比传统方式能进一步减小电机损耗,并且提高电流控制的稳定性和精确性。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the loss of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is greatly affected by current, there is little literature on how to achieve optimal current under the premise of satisfying motor torque demand and speed regulation demand. An optimized current iterative control algorithm for PMSM permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed. Through the algorithm, the optimal target operating point was selected at a given torque and speed. The nonlinear characteristic curve was solved numerically by iterative method. The calculation amount was small and the optimal stator current can be obtained. At the same time, combined with the designed model predictive controller (MPC), the current predicted value of the permanent magnet synchronous motor was optimized and the actual output value was controlled. The simulation and experimental results show that the optimized PMSM current iterative control algorithm can further reduce motor loss and improve the stability and accuracy of current control.
