Torque Ripple Suppression of Sensorless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 针对永磁同步电动机因转子磁通非正弦引起的非正弦感应电动势,研究了一种可以抑制转矩脉动的无位置传感器、无转矩传感器的控制方法。该方法控制简单,可以抑制由反电动势引起的6次,12次,18次谐波转矩脉动。基于永磁同步电动机的数学模型,产生补偿电流来消除转矩脉动,采用快速滑模控制器进行速度控制,增加鲁棒性;根据对带有全通滤波器的近似积分磁通估计方法得到位置信息,实现无位置传感器控制。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Aiming at the non-sinusoidal induction electromotive force of permanent magnet synchronous motor caused by non-sinusoidal rotor flux, a control method without position sensor and torque sensor was studied, which can suppress the torque ripple. The method is simple to control and can suppress the 6th, 12th, and 18th harmonic torque ripple caused by the back electromotive force. Based on the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the compensation current was generated to eliminate the torque ripple, and the fast sliding mode controller was used for speed control to increase the robustness. Position information was obtained according to the approximate integral flux estimation with the all-pass filter,thus position sensorless control was realized. Simulation results verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
