摘要: 为探明分数槽永磁同步电机振动特性的一般规律,引入了一种分数槽永磁同步电机振动频谱特性和振动源的分析方法。理论分析了分数槽永磁同步电机电磁力波的特征参数和谐波来源,并以一台6槽4极非均匀气隙永磁同步电机为例,建立了样机的多物理场磁-固耦合仿真模型,并计算得出样机的电磁振动频谱特性;通过实验验证理论分析及有限元仿真结果的正确性。

Abstract: In order to explore the general laws of vibration characteristics of fractional-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor, the vibration spectrum characteristics and vibration source analysis method of fractional slot permanent magnet synchronous motor was introduced. The method firstly analyzed the characteristic parameters and harmonic sources of electromagnetic force waves of fractional-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor. Taking a 6-slot 4-pole non-uniform air-gap permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, the multi-physics magnetic-solid coupling simulation model of the prototype was established, and the electromagnetic vibration spectrum characteristics of the prototype were calculated. Theoretical analysis and finite element simulation were verified by experimental results.
