摘要: 基于磁齿轮原理,分析了一种对转式双转子调磁电机的结构及其原理,相对于传统的双转子调磁类电机,该电机具有两个转子转矩可按配比进行调整的特点。针对该电机,研究了基于模型预测控制(MPC)的电机控制方法,该方法具有动态响应快、转矩脉动小的优势。仿真和实验结果表明,该双转子调磁电机可以实现对内外转子的解耦控制,基于MPC的控制方法,相对于磁场定向控制,可以加快转速响应。

Abstract: The structure and principle of a contra-rotating dual-rotor flux-modulation motor were analyzed based on magnetic gears.Compared with traditional dual-rotor magnetic motors, the torque proportion of the two rotors is an arbitrary value.A control strategy based on model predictive control (MPC) was studied which has advantages of fast dynamic response and small torque ripple. The simulation and experiment results show that the decoupling control between the inner and outer rotors of the dual-rotor flux-modulation motor can be realized. The introduced control method of MPC can achieve faster dynamic response than that of field-oriented control.
