摘要: 为了提高正弦波永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器控制性能,研究一种优化型滑模观测器对PMSM反电动势进行估计,得到转子位置进而实现电机换相控制。为了得到平滑不含抖振的反电动势观测值,在优化型滑模观测器中构建一种新型切换函数代替传统符号函数。应用李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)稳定性理论,对优化型滑模观测器增益进行选取。仿真和实验表明,该方法能够准确估计PMSM反电动势和转子位置,实现了PMSM无位置传感器换相控制。

Abstract: In order to improve the position sensorless control performance of the sinusoidal permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), an optimized sliding mode observer (SMO) was introduced to estimate the PMSM back electromotive force and obtain the rotor position. In order to obtain a smooth back electromotive force observation without chattering, a novel function was constructed to substitute the conventional signal function in this optimized sliding mode observer. The Lyapunov stability theory was applied to select the optimal sliding mode observer gain. Simulation and experimental results showed that the method can accurately estimate the back electromotive force and rotor position, and realize the position sensorless commutation control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
