飞控机电作动系统典型故障模式影响分析

摘要: 飞控系统采用机电作动成为多电/全电飞机的主要特征,飞控机电作动系统的故障模式复杂、故障影响不确定,是符合性验证和适航审查的重点。为了解决不同故障模式的故障注入试验层级不确定的问题,对机电作动系统中的典型故障模式进行故障机理和建模方法研究,考虑系统中非线性和不同系统设计的影响来开展故障注入和影响仿真分析。研究结果表明,轴承卡顿、载荷路径结构故障对系统的影响只与此故障类型相关,符合性验证和适航审定时仅需从舵面级注入故障;而电机绕组短路、传动机构间隙过大对系统的影响不确定,同非线性和具体系统设计相关,需要从系统内部进行故障注入。

Abstract: The application of electromechanical actuation in the flight control system has become the main feature of multi-electric/all-electric aircraft.The fault modes of the flight control electromechanical actuation system are complex and the influence of the fault is uncertain,which is the focus of conformity verification and airworthiness examination.In order to solve the problem that the level of fault injection test is uncertain for different fault modes, the fault mechanism and modeling method of typical fault modes in electromechanical actuation system were studied, fault injection and effect simulation analysis considering the influence of non-linearity and different system designs were carried out.The results show that the effects of bearing jam and load path structure fault on the system are only related to this type of fault, fault injection is from the system level.However,the effects of winding short circuit and excessive gap of mechanical transmission on the system are uncertain and related to the non-linear and specific system design.Therefore,fault injection within the system is required.
