叠压铆压工装在风机部件制造中的应用

摘要:

定子铁心和机壳风机零部件的生产必须依托工艺装备的支持。采用三针扭斜式定子铁心叠压工装解决定子冲片(散片)得到正确的定位,压入轴承支架,获得片间紧密且扭斜了一个齿距的定子铁心,避免了传统叠压模出现的铁心锯齿形错位槽口。对于塑料外框与铝合金支架通过空心铆钉铆压紧固的组合式机壳结构,应用浮动定位机壳铆压工装,可获得整体质量好、联接强度及生产效率都高的效果。

Abstract:

The production of fan components such as stator iron cores and casings must rely on the support of technological equipment. Using the three-pin twisting slanting stator core stack laminating tools, the correct positioning of the stator punches (sheddings) were solved. And then they were pressed into the bearing support. The interstices compaction stator core with a pitch twisting was obtained. The iron core sawtooth dislocation notch of traditional laminated die were avoided. To the plastic frame and aluminum alloy bracket, by the combined case structure which was pressed by hollow rivets, and using the floating positioning case riveting tool, the high connection strength, good overall quality and high production efficiency could be obtained.
