摘要:

为保证新能源车用电机在复杂的道路工况稳定运行,需对电机的动态性能进行有效评估。 在电机动态测试系统的基础上,根据电机的阶跃特性曲线完成了系统参数辨识,设计了基于前馈补偿PID的电机动态控制策略,对控制策略的有效性进行了仿真验证,并在LabVIEW的电机动态测试平台上通过FTP72工况验证了控制策略的有效性。实验结果表明,该控制策略可有效地优化系统的动态跟踪性能,提高系统的跟随精度。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the stable operation of the new energy automative motor in complex road conditions, the dynamic performance of the motor needs to be effctively evaluated. Based on the existing motor dynamic test system, the system parameter identification was completed according to the step characteristic curve of the motor, and a dynamic control strategy of the motor based on the feedforward compensation PID algorithm was designed. The validity of the control strategy was verified by simulation FTP72 working condition experiments on the dynamic test platform based on LabVIEW, respectively. The results show that the control strategy can effectively optimize the system's dynamic tracking performance and improve the system's following accuracy.
