Optimization Design of Stator Slot for Asynchronous Motor of Electric Vehicle

摘要:

针对一台电动汽车用4极4 kW低速异步电动机,采用损耗分离法,研究计算了定子槽各尺寸对电机损耗与温度的相关程度。结合有限元法,对该电机进行电磁-热联合仿真分析。分析结果表明,在保证电机运行性能基本不变的情况下,可以通过调整槽半径、槽宽、槽口宽度、槽肩角、槽高等参数实现对电机的优化,从而有效降低电机的运行温度,提高电机的整体效率。

Abstract:

Aiming at a 4 pole 4 kW asynchronous motor used by the low-speed electric vehicles,the influence of stator slot sizes on motor loss and temperature was calculated and analyzed by using the loss separation method. Combined with finite element method, the electromagnetic thermal simulation of the motor was analyzed.The results show that in the case of ensuring the motor performance, slot radius, slot width, slot opening width, slot shoulder angle and slot height can be adjusted to optimize the motor, which effectively reduced the operating temperature of the motor and improved the overall efficiency of the motor.
