摘要:

以MSP430F5438A处理器为核心,采用步进电动机加齿轮传动机构实现方位-俯仰方式的智能跟日运动控制系统。系统采用时控法跟踪太阳运动并把室外太阳光反射到窗户朝北的居室内,以改善居室温度。运动控制器同时嵌入了ZigBee无线通信模块。通过ZigBee无线网络以及云端服务器,用户可以在远程利用手机或电脑等智能终端对定日镜的工作模式、姿态角、运行状态等进行监测和管理。该控制器具有成本低、功耗小、跟踪稳定等优点,可以广泛应用于塔式太阳能光热发电站、太阳炉、跟踪光伏等太阳能利用项目。

Abstract:

With MSP430F5438A as the core processor and two stepper motors as the electrical drives, an intelligent sun-tracking motion control system was designed and implemented. The time-based sun-tracking method was adopted as motion system to follow the sun and automatically reflect sun-light into a specified indoor room. The controller supports ZigBee wireless communication. With ZigBee network and a remote data server, users can manage and monitor the working mode,orientation angles,health status of the sun-tracking system via a mobile phone or a computer in remote. This sun-tracker controller has the benefits of low cost, low power consumption and high stability, applicable for use in small-scale central solar power station, sun-heated furnace, photovoltaic power station and other solar-energy applications.
