摘要:

为在采用霍尔位置传感器的无刷直流电动机中实现直接转矩控制(DTC)技术,研究了根据霍尔位置信号进行转矩观测的方法,分析了电压矢量特点,建立了电压矢量选择表。利用软件建立了无刷直流电动机DTC系统的仿真模型,搭建了实验平台,分别用仿真和实验测试了采用霍尔位置传感器的无刷直流电动机DTC系统的性能。测试结果表明,该方法简单可行,实现了无刷直流电动机DTC系统优良的动、静态性能。

Abstract:

In order to realize direct torque control technique(DTC) in brushless DC motor (BLDCM) using hall position sensors, the method of torque measurement based on hall position signal was proposed.The characteristics of voltage vector were analyzed. The voltage vector selection table was established.The simulation model of BLDCM-DTC system was established by using Matlab software.The experiment platform of BLDCM-DTC system was built.The performance of BLDCM-DTC system with hall position sensor was tested by simulation and experiment respectively.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method of torque measurement based on hall position signal is simple and feasible. The dynamic and static performance of the BLDCM-DTC system is excellent.
