摘要:

研究了绕组配置和定子齿宽对近极槽永磁电机的性能影响。比较了近极槽永磁电机隔齿绕组和全齿绕组的性能特点,设计了6种不等定子齿宽方案,对6种方案电机的输出转矩、齿槽转矩和脉动转矩等特性进行了比较分析。结果表明:隔齿绕组永磁电机采用合适的不等定子齿宽结构可提高电机的转矩密度。

Abstract:

A comparative study of different winding configurations and stator teeth width on permanent-magnet (PM) machines with similar slot and pole number was presented. The performance of all teeth wound and alternative teeth wound on PM machines with similar slot and pole number were analyzed. Six different stator teeth width were designed, and the output torque, cogging torque and the torque ripple of six schemes were compared. The results show that the alternative teeth wound PM machines with unequal stator teeth width can improve the torque density effectively.
